Go down the ladder, kill the skulltula and cross the wall in front of you. Then follow the river on your right until you meet a Triforce symbol in front of a fountain (1). The fountain will then stop and the water in the basin in front of the entrance will empty. Retrace your steps and jump into this bassin (2) to take the small path by crawling. Kill the Skulltula, climb the wall and take the door. Here you are in a room with 4 arms sticking out of the ground. He's poignant. Get caught by one of these hands to get him out of the ground and hit his head (3) (you have to be close to him so that he lowers his head). A chest containing the lens of truth appears, open it.
Then come out of the passage to find yourself in the entrance. Then put on your monocle of truth and try to fall into a hole (there is one in the middle room (1)). You find yourself in a corridor leading to a small cave. Go to the cave and take the corridor framed by 2 torches. Explode the stones (2) blocking your way to find the map. Return to the small cave and take the 3 silver rubies then climb the ladder. Take the 2 remaining rubies on the way and go through the door where the gate goes up. In the corridor which goes around the central room are 3 small covers (3) (false walls, put the monocle) where you will find the compass (just to the left of where you are coming from) and 2 small keys (continue straight when you come out of the basement).
Now go to the left of the well and jump under the gate then climb the ivy on the other side to pass the door (1). Here you are in a sort of crypt where you will have to light the torch located in front of the coffin at the bottom left of the room (2) to get a small key hidden in it (3).
This 3rd key obtained, go and take the 2 skulltulas in the 2 locked rooms in the central room (attention, put your monocle when entering the one on the right). Then go take the small passage northeast of the well. Open the door and put the monocle to see the holes and access the door. Kill the pudding of the next room and take the skulltula, the well is finished.
